What do you do when you want to remember how to maintain a hollow fiber membrane filter? You make a song about it of course!

After our initial data collection and observations of the household water filters, we wanted to discuss filter care. The women in the health club asked us about our initial findings. After sharing these with them, we invited them to help us think through solutions to some of the challenges we found. It was so cool to see how we could grow together in this kind of problem solving.

One of their solutions was to create a song to remember important aspects of filter care! I couldn't think of a more culturally appropriate way of community knowledge generation! By far one of my favorite little developments!
